Leaders no longer receiving emails / Dropped off leaders email

I have multiple cub leaders showing up in Scoutbook BUT when sending messages, they are not an option to send an email and are not receiving emails as a parent.

@CraigStachewicz under messages > New > Recipients > do the leaders show in that list? do they look normal on the list?

They are not listed. They only show up on roster as leaders.

@CraigStachewicz ok - just to make sure - under the Recipients > Filter > the ALL or Leader is selected?

OK - just always try the simples before we send something in - let me see

Does not have to be a full list - IF any show do you see a trend?

Leaders that are in “reserve” - not in Cubs anymore.

They all show up.

So they show but are no longer registered? Do you have a sample MID (Member #)?

Some are still with Scouts, not with Cub Scouts.

I am having the similar issue. The committee chair is unable to select a committee member to receive emails from the list in Scoutbook Plus. However, when reviewing the members profile I do not see any notes about “no email” selected. Member number 12767111.

This sounds like my issue already noted. Adult leader showing on roster but not in list of email recipients - #8 by DonovanMcNeil

By the way, I do receive event reminder emails. But no messages written by humans.

Thanks for mentioning that. That’s actually good diagnostic information. I believe those are sent through slightly different systems, so it may help folks chase down the issue.
