Leaders Not Appearing in SB+ Roster

Hi Team,

Two of our leaders recently became multiples in USA Troops and now they are not appearing on our roster in SB+

  • They DO appear on our roster in my.scouting
  • They already made our Troop (813)/their 813 MID primary in my.scouting - and more than 24 hours (several days) have passed since they did this
  • Their 813 MIDs are: 140682634 (AS) and 141639296 (KW)

Just to add - they both need to appear in the G and the B Troops. They do appear for G and B in my.scouting but not SB+

Usually, when folks don’t appear in the roster at SB+, I start by forcing a reset of the roster filters, even if they look right. I figured I’d mention it in case you hadn’t tried that yet.

Thanks Charley. I tried that now but the issue was not resolved.
