Is there anything that can be done to fix the very light grey text over white background in the calendar reminder emails that go out?

Yes, we have informed the developers in the past week.
I’d like to throw my voice in support of some sort of resolution to the email font color issue. This is making communicating with our families very difficult. If it helps to prioritize a resolution, this may be considered a safety issue: families need effective communication when events are canceled due to weather reasons at any time of year; during winter this becomes more critical.
The developers are working on this. They do not provide schedule information that we can share but they know it is causing hardship for members.

Consider our 70+ year old COR who struggles with his vision. He asked me if I could do anything and I could only say they are working on it. This is a disability awareness issue as well.
Please keep in mind that the SUAC volunteers don’t have a say in how things are prioritized. Those decisions are made by the national staff directing the IT staff. If you think applying more pressure might work, consider enlisting your council professional staff to engage with national through their channels.
