My committee chair’s profile can’t be changed, although the email is wrong. He is also a dad to a Wolf, but his profile as “parent” has the correct email. When I try to correct the profile email under his “leader” connection, it gives me a message that the email already exists. It does not allow me to delete, change, or update. How do I get this corrected?
do both accounts have BSA #'s? if not look on Edit profile and get UserID’s. post both here
