When trying to assign or link My son to scoutbook, he clicked on the email link with a temp password but got “stuck” and was never able to logon to scoutbook. We tried to reset password but it seems he is not recognized yet. Can we start the process of linking him to mine all over again with a new temporary password? or how can we get his email attached to scoutbook so he can see it?
What process did you use to try to link the Scout to Scoutbook?
I logged into my profile, added his email and requested sharing. He got an email and temp password and it froze. Then the temp password expired. But as of today, (two days later) it allowed me. Must have been a glitch. So now, all good. Thanks
