Linking two Member IDs?

I am having issues with connecting my scoutbook and my.scouting.org accounts. I have two different ID’s, one on each website, and can’t figure out how to put the number from my scoutbook account onto the my.scouting.org account. The directions in the how-to section don’t seem to be up to date.
