I have a two reports from my units where the adult partner for either a Lion or a Tiger is not listed in my.scouting.org (and therefore not in the recharter submission). I searched the forums and couldn’t find a similar issue. Since the adult partner does not submit a separate application, we can’t figure out a way to get the adult partner listed. Thanks.

If the adult partner is not listed in my.scouting.org, you will need to contact your council registrar.

@CarolynMiller I suspect that the Lion / Tiger Adult Partners have more than one BSA member ID number. They probably have their parent / Scout user relationships under one number, and their Adult Partner registration under a different number.
As Ed said, the council Registrar will need to fix this, because it’s a registration issue.
