Login Problems for Scouts

I have two scouts that can’t login. I have tried to locate their records using “forgot login/password” and get an error message that “record could not be located.” Can you check?

Scout a: MID / UID 134648897 / 7825158
Scout B: 134648867 / 8203030

They have the same DOB that I can provide if needed.

Their parent can login: 13755110 / 11736150

@GoodloeWhite both passwords were reset to Training1
