Look Up and Merge Old Account

I have a scout who has recently joined our pack from a previous pack. His current BSA number is 14574868, however, I have no information of what his previous BSA number was. He also was a Tiger in the previous pack (Germantown Pack #409) and is now a Wolf (though Scoutbook still has him incorrectly in the Tiger Den).

How do I go about getting his old account found and merged into his current one?

@LeslieThomas that is fixed - but council should fix it too - they made a new MID which is not needed for the same council - 137428251
