Lost access to Roster in Scoutbook Plus

Since yesterday, when I log into Scoutbook Plus, I can no longer see Roster as an option on the side panel. As of last week, I still had access to this feature including all filtering and search capabilities, but then slowly, filtering disappeared, then Scoutbook Plus was unreachable, and now the entire Roster is missing.

Any ways to restore the Roster?

@EdwardGuo everything looks fine for your account. Did you just renew your registration? When? I would try a Hard Refresh or a Incognito window. I Assume this is for the AOL den?

I had to renew my son’s registration for next year yesterday but this issue started about a week ago. When you say hard refresh, did you mean for me to clear my brower’s cache? Btw, I was given permission to the entire Pack’s roster due to my role as webmaster/IT for our pack. So what I need is access to all the dens in our pack, not just AOL.

@EdwardGuo you changed from a Committee Member to a Assistant Den Leader - so all your Permissions ended. The Key3 would need to extend new permissions to you for what they want you to have.

Thanks Donovan for finding the reason for me. When did this transition happen? Also, who is Key3? Is it someone in our pack or someone at council level?

Looks like around 9/14 your registration changed. Key3 in a unit are: Leader (Cubmaster), Chair, and COR
