Lost MBC Dashboard

Any of my already linked and processing scouts I get a message that I am no longer allowed to update that advancement. 126051591. This occurs on my iPhone as well as my hp laptop running google. My council has told me I need to come here to get this resolved. It appears the 8/18 update malfunctioned for me.

Did not have the drop down but on a whim I cleared my cache and the MBC dashboard came back. Very weird system like all thing scouting it
