I am communications liason for cubscout pack 5047. 2 or 3 weeks ago, I know scoutbook was working just fine for me. Now, I see zero scouts in any dens, and when I go to add/edit calender events, I can no longer edit pack-wide events. Was some sort of rollback performed? I asked my pack leaders and they did not make any changes. This will be the 2nd time I have lost permissions now. Is this a normal thing for scoutbook, to have to re-do permissions, or for the pack roster to just disappear?

In roster > top right > click Filters > CLICK RESET FILTERS - that will make Scouts appear.
As far as functions - looks like your unit has already taken steps to set you up - if something seems missing talk to your Key 3

Iām not sure how that filter got applied, but resetting it fixed it. Strangely, now all of a sudden after posting, I can edit pack wide events again.
