Good evening,

When a unit is full using Scoutbook Plus (SB+), how long does SA mandate\state\suggest units hold on to old paper advancement reports?

Especially when copies were given to the local council prior to going onto SB+.

Thank you for all you guys are doing.

John

Well there is no SA - if you mean Scouting America - I have never heard of any time frame. Once given to a council it was their job to enter it. If the data is in SB+, the advancement report should never again be needed. And they could be printed from the SB History still.
