As the adv chair I go into the “Advancements - To Approve” sub-page often to see if there is anything I need to approve which has been completed by an adult leader or a merit badge counselor.
Today I went in and looked under “Merit Badges” and “Requirements” and don’t see anything pending. However If I manually navigate to a few scouts working on Rifle Shooting merit badge, I can see that there are multiple entries which are marked as “Completed” by the counselor, but not yet approved.
Is this expected behavior? I was expecting to see these in my list to “approve” where I can do that by manually clicking on multiple completed requirements at a time and then quickly approving them. But I don’t see these there at all.
Below is an example, where it shows the requirement completed, but not yet “approved” for a specific scout.
@Chip_Linthicum is the MB itself already approved? and I would try incognito to see if it is your cache not showing it.

Well in 280B you should be able to - what is the Scout member # (no name) and the MB and req # of an example.

Obviously I’ve manually approved it now and the MB for this scout was closed today - but let me know what you can see from the history on that requirement.
@Chip_Linthicum - the mbc only marked complete not approved by them. They need to approve the reqs. The unit only gets the final complete and approved mb
Ah, I can see that now when hovering over the status as well.
OK, so in this case its a process issue where my MBC had only marked it “Completed”, when he should have also marked it “Approved”.

@Chip_Linthicum they should appear in To Approve Requirements. It is hard to test as you cleared this one, so we do now know if you have an issue or not, though it sounds more like a cache thing, as you see the approve option in your posted screenshot.
@Chip_Linthicum - if an mbc marked requirements completed it will show up in the requirements section to approve
