Need some serious systems help. I have been a MB Counselor since 2019. With my 2022 renewal I submitted several additional MBs to be added to my approved list in Scoutbook. My Council data systems rep is telling me everything has been entered but not a single addition is showing in my online authorized badges and the year is half over. Major difficulty is that I am a Shooting Sports Director with my Council, a USA Archery Instructor Trainer, and I can’t officially approve Archery merit badges because the system is not updated. That is not the only MB add, but the most glaring. Help, please!
