I have counselors and ASMs that are trying to update MB information and they cant. “Youth is not eligible to earn this advancement”
@DavidAugason- the permission change is most likely related to this. Have you read the document and watched the video. As far as mbc only they should be using the mbc menu in scoutbook classic
@DavidAugason Merit Badge Counselor functions are still in Scoutbook (legacy).
MBCs should use the functions under “My Merit Badge Counseling” on the “My Dashboard” screen; don’t go through the Scout’s Connections page.
