MB counselor lost MB drop down after migration

I’m a councilor for Geocaching, Dog Care and Skating for my council, my member # is 137240030

My registrar still sees I’m a councilor on My.scouting.org

Since the migration I don’t see my council as a dropdown to give me any options on my MB scouts. I’m teaching Dog Care at a camporee this weekend and need this fixed ASAP since I’m not getting anywhere sorting it out with my council office. The only options that appear on the top right dropdown menu are my troop and pack affiliations and my parent profiles for my own two scouts.

When you login at my scouting, are your merit badges and your MBC registration showing there? I’m wondering if the council has the MBC associated with a different Member ID than your primary registration.

@LoriWolfert Your MBC position expired / lapsed 12/31/2025. Your council needs to add it back again.

You should be able to see your registered positions at my.Scouting under My Profile.
