MB Counselor search issue & sending Feedback

I have two related issues. The first is why the MB counselor search feature requires a minimum of 4 characters for the last name. I tried to search for a counselor whose last name is only 2 letters long and it would not let me proceed. I even had email and member ID. If it is going to require the last name then it needs to allow name searches with less that 4 characters.

Second, why does the link to “Send Feedback” not actually lead to a way to directly send feedback. It just takes you to the Help center which has a link to these forums. Doesn’t make sense. It would be nice to include an actual direct method to provide feedback to Scoutbook.

What is the member ID for this MBC (no names).

I was able to figure to out for this specific case but thinking more about if this comes up for others in the future.

We need the MID of the MBC in order to report the issue of MBCs with 2 character last names can’t be searched for.

As I mentioned in my reply above, I am not trying to solve this one issue. I already found who I need. I am bringing it up because there are other merit badge counselors that have less than 4 characters in their last name and I don’t want this to be a bigger issue.
