This is a complicated issue with many potential hurdles. This may take a few posts to get all of the details and screen shots displayed. For the adults their first name might be displayed. I will cross out the adult last name and any Scouts name.
Scout leader 14820380 (John) has the following 6 SB+ profiles:
Boy Troop - Advancement Chair
Girl Troop - Advancement Chair
Family Pack - Committee Member
Boy Troop - Father of a male Scout
Girl Troop - Father of a female Scout
Merit Badge Counselor
He understands all 6 profiles and switches between each profile as necessary to complete is work as a volunteer Scouter.
These are the issues I will be posting about.
When I go to assign him to a Scout, his name appears twice in the MBC list
On many Scouts, but not all Scouts, The merit badges he is counseling a Scout for will appear twice on the relationships list.
On one particular Scout, I can assign the Scout to him, but he can not see the Scout under his merit badge counselor profile. I don’t know if the problem is with the merit badge counselor’s profile or with the Scout’s profile.
I don’t know if these issues are related or if they are independent issues. In case they are related I am grouping them all together in this post.
I am now going to add additional details for each issue including screen shots of the issues.
I will advise when I have created the last details post.
MB Counselor 14820380 originally signed up as a MBC for 8 merit badges. About 1 year ago he added another 8 MDs for a total of 16.
Whenever I go and look him up to assign him to a Scout I get this list below. Once with 8 merit badges and another with 16 merit badges he is counseling. I do not believe he should have his name on the MBC list twice.
Some of the merit badges are listed twice and others are not. These are 4 Scouts from two different units (Boys Troop and Girls Troop). There are several others if you need a list of ALL Scouts affected by this problem.

On my side under the B profile I see MBC 14820380 (John) assigned to Scout 134987123 for both Cit. World and E. Prep.
MBC 14820380 (John) can not see this Scout. However, if he goes to Scoutbook Legacy, he can see the Scout for Cit. World, but not E. Prep.
I have texted every MBC assigned to Scout 134987123. This is the relationship list:
Counselor Gage (123759688) has not responded to my text yet
Counselor Jeff (13757786) cannot see Scout 134987123 for Cit. Comm. under SB+. However, he can see him under Scoutbook Legacy. Why is this happening?
Counselor Melissa hasn’t responded. I do not know her ID #
Counselor Myrima (12631561) can see Scout 134987123 for Swimming under SB+.
Counselor Victor (I don’t know his number) can see Scout 134987123 for Personal Management under SB+.
Additionally Scout 134987123 has finished E. Prep with MBC 14820380. In trying and fix this issue I tried to print a blue card. Every option gave the same error result.
I removed MBC 14820380 (John) as the E. Prep counselor for Scout 134987123.
I provided John the Scouts ID #. Several hours later he added Scout 134987123 to E. Prep under his MBC profile. He was still not able to see the Scout. However, the Scout was once more assigned to John under my B profile.
Yes. As of this morning all six relationships have been deleted. The SE advised she now has to wait 24 hours before she can put the correct 4 back. She is out tomorrow, so it will be Thursday before she will be able to put them back.
Once they are entered correctly we can come back and see what of these issues have been resolved.
