MB "tally" is incorrect

Hello - Scout 140923775 shows as having 2 MB pending. It only shows 1 when you click on the hyperlinked 2.

Additionally, ASM has marked Citizenship in Society as completed multiple times and it never shows up on her record. Not sure if this is the invisible 2nd MB or not.

@RebeccaForman - does that ASM have their permissions set as an ASM has NO rights for that position.

ASM is also the MB counselor. His ID is 114556555. He just sent me a screenshot showing he marked her complete, but I still can’t see it - even with cleared cache and tried in a different browser.

Also - doesn’t explain why it says 2 MB pending and showing 1 (so I guess this is really 2 bugs in 1!)

@RebeccaForman - did he mark it complete in legacy scoutbook as that where an MBC should be working
