New Unit Advancement Chair does not have the ability to look up MBCs. When on scout’s merit badge page the red bar says Invite Counselor. When we click on it , it takes us to the scout’s connection page and not the MBC page. Any help would be appreciated.

The invite counselor page is working as designed and you would need to add the connection
If you install and run the Feature Assistant Extension for Chrome and Firefox the Invite Counselor button is changed to Lookup and Invite Counselor. Then clicking that button takes you to the search screen.
