I’m the merit badge coordinator for my troop and a few MBCs have mentioned they are’t able to send messages to Scouts they are counseling (including myself). When I switch to the MBC Dashboard, the message feature is disabled, even though I can use it under my other roles. Is the message feature not yet active for MBCs in SB+? That doesn’t seem right. Is there a way for me to fix this issue for my troop’s MBCs?
MBC messaging is still in Legacy Scoutbook.
