Merge accounts for overseas move

Hello,
My family and I have moved and everyone successfully transferred over, accept for her. She now had a completely blank account in addition to her other account which is stuck in limbo in the last place we were at. I haven’t been able to log any of her stuff into Scoutbook. Requesting for these two accounts to merge into her account that has all of her data. I have already requested help from council and they told me that it’s an error but they also had to help transfer her here and it’s been about a month now and it’s the same.

New blank account, with the correct council, pack, den but nothing else:

Old account, with all necessary data, still attached to her old council, which I’m sure will be dropped from her old pack in a matter of weeks, as we are not there anymore.

@JenniferBuchanan1 I have merged the Scoutbook accounts.

Please contact your local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up your daughter. Her “relationships” are messed up. Right now, you show as “Mother of” and also “Daughter of” your child. I think if they remove you as parent (in the “Relationships” tab / section), and then add you back again, that should fix it.
