Merge duplicate accounts - Help

Hi,
I have following two scouting accounts. Trying to reach several people to fix the duplicate accounts. I would greatly appreciate any help in merging these accounts.
I would like to use my @gmail.com account

13828010 YPT complete. Wants to use this account
14783829 YPT not complete. It is associated with my kid
