@BrianPeterka that is fixed
Hello, my son has 2 MID’s. Could I have help with merging his 12656071 ID to his 14084810 ID account?
@SeanDulaney that is fixed as it needs to be
Would you please merge these two sets of numbers? My wife and I are both now a part of the Connecticut Rivers Council but wish to keep our original membership numbers.
141239816 merge to 1807422
141160591 merge to 140372873
@PhillipDean well Numbers do not merge - they are unique and isolated to Councils - If info is the same > log into my.scouting.org > Click Manage Member ID > one of the BSA # will be there marked PRIMARY > then add the other MID (BSA #) - you want to make the one that is your current unit registration PRIMARY
If there are multiple SB Users we can also help with that
So there is no way to keep our original numbers? I have had my original number for two decades.
Thank you. I have another question.
My son was a Lion last year in the Connecticut Yankee Council. They did not use Scoutbook.
He is now a Tiger in the Connecticut Rivers Council. Is there a way to add his Lion achievements into Scoutbook so they show up in his account?
@PhillipDean If the unit did as they are supposed to and entered the advancements when they bought awards (even if using a 3rd party app or even paper), that data should be there. But SB found the CT user and it seems to have been empty, so the pack did not record anything.
There is no simple way to enter old things for Cubs in this situation. A Unit Admin can put them in a Lion Den, then things might be able to be entered but there has been a program change since then and some may be un-enterable by users. Councils can enter things, but councils are also very busy.
With Cubs Advancement - History is not used for anything other than that one Den Year. The only current exception is AOL Date on the Eagle Application.
Hello, one of our Den Leaders has two membership numbers., first name Mandee. Could you please help with merging ID#14716776 into ID #14655711. She has four youth registered in the same Unit (Pack 127). Thank you!
@MaureenO_Brien I will send you a direct message > look at top right Avatar to find it > it will be a green envelope > it will be a private message channel with select members of the Scoutbook User Advisory Council (SUAC)
Hello, in my Sea Scout ship I have a “youth participant” listed twice with 2 BSA id… probably due to being 18. Old id 128701084 has Sea Scout rank info, new id 141465447 does not. Looks like it needs to be merged since old id says “need to register” and the new one is 12/31/25 date.
Please merge!
@CharleenOsborne OK - Merging does not merge requirements - so on the Scoutbook user with the NEW Bsa # - pull a Sea Scout History Report - as the scout has Ordinary rank res - tell me once that is done
Ok, i had to print differently because it wouldn’t let me run a ship report but I have all of his Sea Scout data
Yeah I just see 2 things - but I will get it cleaned up now
@CharleenOsborne ok that is fixed now
Thank you, but now when I am in Scoutbook every adult leader has the yellow triangle that says "not on official roster in my.scouting!
might just be a cache issue - try a hard refresh or an incognito window
Yes that fixed that. I assume the scout that you merged will show back in Scoutbook after tonight’s reset. In Scoutbook Plus he now shows as 1 person.
@CharleenOsborne Scout shows in Paddlers Crew
Great thanks! i appreciate all you do!
