Hello. My daughter has an existing SB User ID with her Scouts BSA Troop SB User ID # 9825407 / BSA Member ID # 136148845, and has joined our local Venturing Crew and a duplicate ID was created in error # 12609187. How do I get the new ID merged with here existing ID? She’s enrolled in both units. Thanks.
@ChristopherMoore1 well I do not see a registration for Venture for the Scout - so I would suggest you wait for that to go through first
@ChristopherMoore1 I have merged the Scoutbook accounts.
However, the Scout is not officially registered with the Venturing crew, yet.
