My son recently joined Troop 2011, Goose Creek, NCAC after a brief hiatus from Cub Scout Pack 98, Washinton DC, NCAC. As a result he now has two profiles within Scoutbook. As a result, I can not add Trip to the new account (BSA# 132145918) because his email is attached to the old account (BSA# 13603750) which has a record of all his Cub Scout work.
I contacted the NCAC to merge the profiles but they have not been able to resolve the issue.
Any suggestions?
