Merging Scoutbook Accounts - 1 Real Account, 1 phantom invite

We have a scout, Member ID 141050150, who’s parent was invited to make an account/link with them.

Initially they were getting an error stating, “we were not able to verify your account”. In struggling to fix it, they created a new account that worked, so now the scout shows duplicate accounts for their father, with one saying this user has not set up SSO.

One account has member id 141559248, while the other account shows no member ID. The account with a member id, the shortened name, and lower case email is the working account and the other should be removed or otherwise merged.
