I am an council admin for Council 504. I am also a unit leader for 2 units in 504. We just wrapped up summer camp, and I use the Merit Badge and Requirement Import Function to import all requirements from council camp from all scouts attending.
For at least one of our MBs (Shotgun), the file imported without error, but the requirements show up on some scouts but not others.
I re-ran the import (again no errors):

Scout Unsuccessfully Imported: 135899329
It does look like it’s not limited to Shotgun:

Both of these scouts are part of the same unit.
But it is the same scout @MikeTrelease ? Seems like you edited the (or camp did) if it is just the one Merit Badge - so it could be corrupted. Sounds like the scouts name in the file might not match the official record
Thank you for the quick reply. If the name (or Member ID) didn’t match the import would fail with that error. There are other scouts that are not showing up in Scoutbook even though the import was successful:

This issue is resolved (user error not system error). Our system was erroneously importing an older version of the requirements after a unit leader signed off on the current version.
