If a merit badge is marked as completed in Scoutbook+ twice, how does this get corrected?
They tried to delete one of these, but the computer said it could mess his Star rank up. Scoutbook is also using the duplicate merit badge to count as an additional Eagle merit badge toward his next rank (Life) that he is currently working on. When the registrar looks at the scout’s profile in My.Scouting, the merit badge in question (physical fitness) is only listed once.
It sounds like the scout has 2 different versions of the MB marked off - what is the Scout Member # (no names) and the MB? You will probably need council to send in a National MEmbercare ticket
