Merit Badge report

Hi Got a complaint from a Unit that when they try to do a search for merit badge counselors in SB+, it is asking for the email and MID for the person. They don’t know that information, they just know that the person is a MBC for a particular badge.
Seems difficult for a unit to search for a MBC not knowing what the email and Member ID is.
Is this a new issue? or are we confused?

@MarianMcQuaid Have they tried searching based on the name of the merit badge? Then find the person’s name, and click on their contact details.
