@JenniferOverturf can you have the MBC try the MBC way? Sign into SB > Change to MBC Profile top right > MBC Dashboard > Add Youth
Or if this is what was tried try using the unit to connect?
It’s me on both sides (Sustainability). I’ve tried as an ASM/admin
from the Troop side and from the MBC console as the MB Counselor. No
good, either way.
Not sure what the deal is with the male counselor for Communications.
But the common factor here seems to be the youth profile… something is funky in it.
the Scout has Double Relationships to mother? You can ask council to clean that up.
That is actually Dad. I’ll ask our Registrar to fix that.

I got this error while trying to assign the Communication MBC from the Edmond History Museum to the Scouts. The Scouts are active in the roster, and I approved them to start the merit badge in Scoutbook Plus as well. Any idea what this error means?

Name search is also Case Sensitive. How where you trying to connect the MBC to the Scout?
