I have attempted to assign all the adult leaders in my troop the ability to send messages. However, the majority of leaders now have a grayed out box, with a check under the Messaging section. But they still don’t see the “Messages” option when they log into SB+.
If it is grey it means the position cannot be given the permission to send messages. What are the positions they are under that you see this?
Did you wait 24 hours after assigning them the Messaging permission?
Yes. I tried multiple times and I have waited 24 hours.
Scoutmasters and Committee Members
Scoutmaster Have Message by default.

The Grey with white check is a default permission.
If they are not seeing Messages, I would watch them sign in first. Then I would try in an Incognito Window, as I would suspect Cache.
Yes. I am seeing that gray check. I will give it a try and let you know.
And make sure they are under the right profile in top right dropdown
