Messaging "selct all" doesn't select all (help please)

When I go to send a message in Scoutbook 2.0 for Troop 77 Chelmsford, MA and click “select all” no all are actually selected and there is no way for me to add the unselected individuals. Upon inspection, these look to be all of the adult leaders who are not also parents. How do I fix this?

There is a new bug where adults with “Create Messages” permission - messages cannot be sent to them. Is that what you are seeing?

Yes. Thank you. So you know, it looks like you CAN email everyone via Legacy Scoutbook.

@RichardFriesner I advise to touch Legacy as little as possible. This is a new issue that is reported

I am having the same issue!

Ditto - same issue for myself and another leader. Thank you for asking this!

When I choose ‘Select All’ it seems to cherry pick some members but not others. I can’t manually add the ones that are missed.

I am updating our Key 3 so they are aware messages may not be getting to all Troop members.
