Our troop has church member who wants to be kept informed of the goings on of the troop through troop emails. She isn’t on our charter and is not a leader or parent. I don’t know where to put her in scoutbook.

You mean she want to read the emails that you send out to troop members?
She doesn’t have a child nor sits on your committee?
You could set her up for an automatic relay of email in your own personal email program maybe.

Invite her to join the Troop Committee.
We have a number of adults on our committee that don’t have kids in the Troop…
