My scout account logins are all tied to my gmail account. However, under my.scouting, I have two ID’s that are showing, but neither of them are the ID that shows up in Scoutbook. When I try to add that ID to my primary account, it says the account is not found. Primary ID is 14635931. Scoutbook ID is 14684434.

@StephanieSmith_Coone are you trying to Add the Scoutbook ID? You cannot do that, that is different.
@StephanieSmith_Coone I have merged your Scoutbook accounts.
Please ask your local council to use their Registrar Tools to look up your child (or children). In the “Relationships” tab / section, you should be listed as parent only under your primary member ID number, the one that ends in -931. They should remove you if listed under any other member ID number, and this will help prevent the creation of duplicate Scoutbook accounts.
