Missing adult leader in Scoutbook plus

I have an adult leader appearing in my.scouting.org but not in Scoutbook plus. her member id is 14550749. Thank you for any assistance.

OK one of our tools is broken so we cannot verify registrations. Let us see if it gets fixed. What is Unit/Position?

Thank you. Crossroads of America Council, Fall Creek District Pack 0088. she is assistant den leader. Her registration number tied to her son is different (14610203) than her leader number but when you click on her name tied to her son, it takes you to the leader registration number.

Yeah looking at my.scouting.org - my profile - I think the registration system is having an issue

note that she has been missing for weeks so not new with whatever else is going on. thanks.

in SB - a leader removed her as ADL 9/9/25. Then something might have happen 8/13/26. We will see

no she is registered as a ADL - I setup a syn for her - give it 24 hours

Great, thank you. That’s at least one issue solved. Now if we can get the dens fixed…
