Missing National Database Sync (Red A in circle) for a transferring scout

We transferred 5 scouts from one pack to another. 4 of them transferred smoothly on Scoutbook. For 1 scout, his past records transferred, but the red arrow (National Database Sync) is missing. It is only missing for him, and not the others. I tried many things, but can’t fix it. Any help is appreciated! Thanks.

go to scouts membership > have admin unapprove and save > then reapprove it

LOL - also make sure with a Key 3 the Scout shows in my.scouting.org - member manager
