Good morning, I messaged before about a Scout that their email does not show in SB+ Messaging and shows “no guardian with email” in grey. Scout 12732121, Parent 133415492 It was noted before that there was an issue with another scout’s profile connected to the same Parent. I reached out to my local council several times and they do not see the issue to correct. Can you please correct? ---

Will you please provide step-by-step instructions to since our Registrar does not see the issue so cannot correct. ---

@DanielHarris3 - they have to look at the relationships of the scout in registrar tools. If they do not know how there is a working group for registrars and they can ask there. I personally have no insight to this as I am just a volunteer. ---

Our registrar believes she has corrected the issue now; however, the Scout still does not show an email and “no guardian with email”. Please advise. ---

They both have emails in their profile; however, in SB+ messaging it is not an option to select the scout and parent. Their names are greyed out and for parent “no guardian with email”. I cleared cache and used incognito mode. ---

Please verify the Registrar corrected the profile issue. If so, please advise why we’re still experiencing the SB+ messaging issue. ---

@DanielHarris3 yes this has been reported to the developers - Scouting America IT does not release schedules. Watch the [Scoutbook - Scoutbook Plus Change Log](https://discussions.scouting.org/c/scoutbook/scoutbook-change-log/16) - Scouting Forums for an announcement of the fix.
