We have a Eagle Candidate scout BSA#131154892 which looks like he was reassigned to Pack 4420 by mistake. We need to get him back to Troop 411 so we can finish his last two Eagle required merit badges before he turns 18.

If they don’t appear on your my.scouting.org roster, you’ll need to work with your council registrar to get the official registration fixed.

Jacob maybe right. It does look like he is under Indian Waters Council. Before you go to the trouble, let me see if they can help me.
@JudiPlatt the SM ended the membership - BUT you are still connected - Go to My Profile > My Connections > Find Scout and go to membership to either edit end date or last troop membership or give Scout a new one in Unit is fastest Fix
