We have an issue where scouts are registered but we cannot locate them when completing attendance after meetings and such. How can i identify the problem and remedy the issue? Thank you
If you post the Scouting America Member IDs (no names, please!) for the scouts concerned, the SUAC volunteers may be able to help investigate.
The usual culprit for me is something like:
- I’ve forgotten to invite them,
- thought I set the “Add new members” toggle on the event, but didn’t, or
- set the toggle after they had joined but they joined after the invitation list had been set.
@BrettRoberts the first and simplest question: are they listed on the event itself?
