Missing "Transfer" button on MyScouting

I am the advancement chair for Mayflower Council Cub Scout Pack 80 and my “Transfer” button is missing from MyScouting. I am attempting to move scouts from AOL to Boy Scouts. Any assistance is appreciated.

Unit Advancement Chair is limited.

You probably need to be one of the pack’s Key 3 or a Key 3 Delegate in order to see the transfer option.

If you have the correct permissions, you would see it at my.scouting:

Roster
Select one or more Scout names.
Then click on the “Transfer” button.
