Mom is not able to see Scout on the app

Mom (ID13411706) is not able to see Scout (ID13850313) on the app but can see in Scoutbook plus that she is connected. She can see her other Scout (13411718)

On the Scouting App does she know to click this to change Scouts.

If one does not show I would delete the app fully and re-download
