Mom multiple ID I can't fix

Mom has 2 Member ID: 13165234, this one has SB number in our council (227)
other ID is 13593572 has training, relationship with son, has SB id but NOT in council 227

help?

I merged the SB IDs and added MID 13165234 to her my.scouting.org ID as secondary. Her my.scouting.org ID is first_initial followed by her last name without the last 2 letters.

Everything is in Council 227.
