More Firemn Chit troubles

I am trying to enter Firemn Chit, effective 4/11/2016 for Scouts #14868946 and #140524269. I have tried individual entry, quick-entry, and entering individual requirements. Most of the time the request times out or results in “Error: There was an error updating one or more requirements, try again later.” On one occasion, I got this error while trying to enter one requirement for one scout:

If you are successfully able to update some scouts but only get this error on one or a small number of scouts, post the Scouting America Member ID (no names).
