More Parent Access Problems

I have three parents with the same issue - the parents can not see their scouts in scoutbook.

Parent User ID: 10777712 should see Scout User ID: 11600951
Parent User ID: 9319137 should see Scout User ID: 7250769
Parent User ID: 8945563 should see Scout User ID: 3714482

They appear to have access to their scouts in Scoutbook, but they state they can not see their scouts. Can you help me resolve these?
