Multiple Accounts for 2 Adultsbin Troop 1140

I have Leaders and Parents with multiple accounts and were hoping you could help.

Adult # 1:
ASM:
Main Account, we think:
SB User ID:
1044071
BSA Member ID:
133617983

AND

SB User ID:
12286354
BSA Member ID:
13792172

Both profiles show up in our Scoutbook and both memberships shown up in my.scouting.org.

We were told by council that the account they created for the wasnt showing up on their end, but it was for us.

They ended up taking ownership of his accoint from the other council, but couldn’t merge with the account they had credit because they don’t see it.

AND

Has another one under their Scout as a parent. The parent account when i click it has their correct address. The account that’s on our roster does not.

We need to recharter and cannot with these issues.
