I have an adult leader (13636272) that has multiple accounts connected to his Scout (136551030). It looks like he has 3 accounts for some reason and one has his name spelled wrong.
@PatrickEgan that is fixed - I recommend that They contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up the children. When they look up the children, they want to check children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that children are connected to parent with Only the correct BSA member ID number that they can log into
Thanks, I just noticed that I (140996996) am listed three times under my Scouts (140996996) name too.
@PatrickEgan as that is yourself - it is easier to clean up under your or your scouts connections - just deleting the extra ones
How do I do that? I dont see an option to remove a connection.
Go to LEgacy Scoutbook (scoutbook.scouting.org) > go to you or Scouts Page > click Connections > from there you will see names listed multiple times if there are double connections
When I do that there is not an option to delete a connection.
@PatrickEgan - did you click on the name
I can semi delete them - you can fully delete the extras
Ok thanks. I have two more things.
One other parent (141318246) is connected to their Scout (141264163) twice
A lot of parents have their Scout listed under their name multiple times, see BSA ID’s below.

In Scoutbook that is a known bug - they can clean it themself better than anyone else can - go to legacy Scoutbook > go to Scouts Page > click Connections > if a name is listed multiple times the parent can delete the connection after clicking on the name
Ok, thanks for all the help.
I am the parent and cannot delete myself. I am listed 18 times for my scout.
Here is my SB User ID: 11777361
Member ID: 13767771
@AmeeBailey-Speck that is cleaned up - just wish we knew how it was happening
thanks.
I saw another post that it had to do with when the scout changed dens. The parent was re-added/again.
Thanks for the quick assistance.
