Multiple application takes wrong answers from primary application?

I had to do another multiple for myself for a district role, and noticed that the application details show questions not asked during the process but that were on the primary initial application in 2021. The three questions are prior scouting leader, Eagle Scout, & address changed within last 5 years. These are yes, yes and no on the initial application, but the multiple shows these as no, no and yes, respectively.

This isn’t a new issue - my previous unit-level multiple registrations in April 2022 and April 2023 show the same inverse in those questions. The multiple process does not display these questions but skips them completely. I would think it would use the info from the initial primary application being multipled from, but that does not seem to be the case.
