My son signed up for an account but when i tried to add to merge his preovious account and his use himself, i get the attached error.

@HeatherRowland there are a few issues - you have him registered under his Nickname - the other number is 140286206 has his full name. You want him registered under full name for several reasons - I might be able to fix that if you want me too

@HeatherRowland ok it is all cleaned up - name fixed and login should work fine for scoutbook and my.scouting - should call council and add Middle name
